WFM vibration mill (horizontal structure)

Main purpose:
This machine can crush materials that are fibrous, tough, hard, or have a certain moisture content. It is suitable for traditional Chinese medicine cell wall breaking and other crushing requirements aimed at improving drug bioavailability, as well as materials that cannot achieve the required fineness using conventional methods.
Applicable range:
1. Superfine crushing of non-metallic minerals; Plant and traditional Chinese medicine cell wall breaking processing; Metal oxide, chemical, building materials and other industries.
2. Mineral ultrafine grinding: kaolin, graphite, calcite, feldspar, quartz, barite, tremolite, talc, tourmaline, etc.

4. Building materials: concrete admixtures, ultrafine cement, colored cement, fly ash cement, ceramic materials, etc.
5. Oxides and electromagnetic materials: silicon oxide, alumina, zinc oxide, nickel oxide, titanium oxide, antimony oxide, iron oxide, rare earth, ferrite, etc.

Working principle: This machine is a horizontal vibration mill, where materials enter the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper. The grinding rod in the crushing chamber is collided and ground by vibration to obtain crushing. The machine is equipped with a water cooling device that can control the temperature in the crushing chamber. The whole machine is designed according to the “GMP” standard and operates in a fully sealed state, without dust flying or environmental pollution.
Product features:
1. This machine applies optimization of vibration parameters to generate vibration and impact on the medium, and simultaneously rotates and revolves to achieve positive impact and high strength shear load, thus achieving high-speed and high-energy crushing. This machine has the characteristics of energy-saving, pollution-free, and controllable crushing temperature, and can achieve precise mixing, compounding, and coating operations of two or more materials.
2. The produced powder has high fineness: the average particle size for mineral ultrafine crushing can reach sub micron or nano scale, and for plant cell wall crushing, the average particle size can reach several micrometers or finer.
3. Low energy consumption and high efficiency: It is currently a highly efficient micro powder equipment with a high yield/energy consumption ratio. It can be designed and manufactured from 5 to 100 liters, with any one of single cylinder, double cylinder, or three cylinder, with a production capacity ranging from a few kilograms to several tons per hour. It can be produced continuously or in batches, either dry or wet.
4. Air spring support and support stiffness can be adjusted as required. The cylinder has high stability, almost circular grinding trajectory, high energy conversion rate, and low noise.
5. According to the requirements of grinding materials, different materials of grinding cylinders, lining plates, and grinding media can be configured to ensure no pollution to the materials.
6. Variable frequency and amplitude modulation devices and cooling or heating systems can be prepared according to material requirements.
